By accessing and using Artledge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Artledge platform, including all features, functionality, and services available through our website and applications.

Artledge is an art collection management platform that provides tools for cataloging, tracking, and managing artwork collections. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Artwork inventory management and cataloging
• Location tracking and movement history
• Transaction recording and financial tracking
• Contact and relationship management
• Report generation and data export
• Image storage and management

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Artledge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service.
